The site sells unique pieces. Each piece is entirely handmade by the designer in Provence. A certificate of authenticity is provided with each of our pieces.
We draw the attention of the Customer on the fact that the photographs illustrating our products can be slightly different from reality because of the settings of the Customer's screen and the lighting during the shooting.
The graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not commit the microenterprise. The customers have the possibility of obtaining additional information by contacting by email.
Moreover, being handmade creations, the articles can present irregularities of completion, differences of format and/or colors inherent in this type of manufacture which cannot be regarded as major defects. The responsibility of the micro-enterprise cannot be questioned, the validity of the order cannot be affected.
These indications are updated automatically in real time. However, Maison Héliora shall not be held responsible for any error in the update, regardless of its origin. NON-NEGOTIABLE PRICES
The prices of Our products are not negotiable. Indeed, We strive to practice the fairest prices possible. The final price of Our creations reflects the inherent costs of a French handmade production placed under the sign of excellence.
5. ORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS
Any order placed on the Site implies express acceptance of the GTC and acceptance of the prices and products available for sale on the Site
The placing of an order on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure established by maisonheliora.com, which is embodied in a succession of different screen pages indicating the steps that the customer must follow in order to validate the order. The jewelry offered by Maison Héliora is produced only in very limited quantities by our atelier. They will therefore be produced upon validation of the order (except for certain references that are in stock).
The Site offers a portion of its products on pre-order; the sums paid in advance by the Customer do not constitute a deposit, within the meaning of Article 1590 of the Civil Code. The delay of the models in pre-order can vary between 3 working days and several weeks according to the ordered product and its specificities. Approximate delivery times are specified in the product sheet.
After checking the content of the order, as well as the total cost of the order (products ordered, shipping costs, optional options), and correcting any errors, the Customer will definitively confirm the order at the payment stage. This confirmation will be considered as the conclusion of the contract.
Once the contract is concluded, the Micro-enterprise will send to the Client, by e-mail, a confirmation of the order containing a summary of the information entered on the order form, as well as a link redirecting to a withdrawal form. The invoice for the order will also be provided as an attachment to the e-mail sent to the Customer.
Invoices are available on your customer account and are, in any case, given upon delivery.
Maison Héliora reserves the right not to accept an order from a Customer with whom it is in dispute over a previous order, or if Maison Héliora reasonably believes that the Customer has violated these GTC or engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.
The languages available for concluding the contract with the maisonheliora.com website are French.
6. TERMS OF PAYMENT
For the payment of the price of products and shipping costs, the Customer will follow the methods indicated in the order form.
The Customer has the possibility to pay by credit card, by Stripe or by PayPal. The accepted payment cards are : CB, MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express® and JCB®.
The price is payable in Euros (€) only. If the Customer's account is denominated in another currency, the payment amount in euros (€) will be converted into the currency of the Customer's account at the exchange rate defined at the time of payment.
Any foreign exchange charges resulting from a conversion of foreign currency into euros will be charged to the Customer. The Customer is invited to contact his bank to know the current exchange rates and fees.
At the time of payment, the bank requests personal information from the Internet user in order to verify the identity of the cardholder and to validate the transaction. The Client will have to transmit his bank card number, according to the type of the latter, the expiry date of the latter as well as the cryptogram number (3 digit number appearing on the back of the bank card).
The Client guarantees to the Micro-enterprise, during the validation of his order form, that he is in good standing with the issuer of the payment card.
The financial information will be transferred by means of a cryptographic protocol to PAYPAL or to other banks providing services related to remote electronic payment, without third parties having access to it under any circumstances.
Maison Héliora reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order or pre-order in the event that your authorization for payment by credit card is refused or in the event of non-payment.
Maison Héliora also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or pre-order from a Customer with whom a payment dispute is pending or has occurred in connection with a previous order or pre-order or in case of objective suspicion of fraud.
7. DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME
As a reminder, the jewels offered by Maison Hélioras are produced only in very limited quantities by our atelier (5. Orders and pre-orders). Thus, it is possible that the item the Customer wishes to purchase is not in stock although the words "Add to cart" are displayed on the Site. In this case, the Customer will be informed and the part will be made on demand by our atelier.
The Customer's attention is therefore drawn to the fact that shipping times may vary by a few days.
We do our best to reduce this delay as much as possible and invite the Customer to contact us by e-mail in order to know the availability of Maison Héliora products in real time.
The place of delivery must be located in metropolitan France (including Corsica), Switzerland or in one of the countries of the European Union.
Any delivery address outside of these territories will be refused during the ordering process. If the Customer lives outside these territories he can choose to collect his order from the atelier. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
The products ordered by the Customer on the Site in accordance with the GTC will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer as the delivery address when ordering.
The Customer chooses the delivery method proposed on the Site. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the country and the delivery service chosen.
All our pieces are made on pre-order in our atelier. To prepare and ship this necklace, it will take us about 4-6 weeks of work depending on its complexity, as porcelain is unpredictable in its many processes.
Delivery Colissimo, Colissimo and UPS depending on the delivery area.
Delivery times are indicative as communicated by the carriers.
In case of absence or impossibility of delivery, COLISSIMO and CHRONOPOST will leave you a notice of passage mentioning the address of the post office where you will be able to collect it on presentation of an identity document, and the date on which it will be available there.
Maison Héliora is created as a pre-order in order to meet a need for responsible production at a lower cost.
The time between your pre-order and delivery varies according to the type of product offered and its manufacturing requirements.
In the case of an order for products in stock, they will be delivered within three weeks from the time the order is placed on our Site.
Article 6.3. Reception of the products and transfer of the risks
Pursuant to Articles L.216-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the Customer at the time when the latter, or a third party designated by him/her, and other than the carrier proposed by Maison Héliora, takes physical possession of the goods.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place as soon as the product is handed over to the Customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier.
Upon receipt of the products at the time of delivery, you are invited to check the apparent condition of the packaging and the product and to report any damage to the carrier on the delivery slip and to Maison Héliora as soon as possible.
As an exception, the risk is transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier when the Customer entrusts the delivery of the goods to a carrier other than the one proposed by Maison Héliora.
8. RIGHT OF RETRACTION AND RETURN MODALITIES
Pursuant to Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the date of delivery of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal on his Order. This period shall begin upon receipt of the Products by the Client.
The Customer shall enclose a copy of the invoice or any other element identifying the Order in question and its owner with the withdrawal request.
Only the Client identified as such to Maison Héliora may exercise this right, to the exclusion of any other person, and in particular the person to whom the Products were sent (e.g. as a gift).
The client may also contact Maison Héliora by e-mail: atelier.maisonheliora@gmail.com for any additional information.

277 B chemin du Pigeeonnier, 13180 Boulbon, France.
Shipping costs related to the return of products remain the responsibility of the client unless the product received is not in conformity or has a manufacturing defect. Possible customs fees related to the return of a product from a foreign country are also charged to the customer.
Maison Héliora strongly advises its customers to return products by Colissimo or Lettre Max. The customer also has the option of choosing the carrier of their choice. However, the cost of return and the related risks are the responsibility of the client. It is therefore recommended to provide proof of this return, which implies that the products are returned with parcel tracking, or by any other means giving certain date.
The right of withdrawal - in addition to the respect of the deadlines and modalities described in the previous points - is considered to be correctly applied in case the following conditions are fully respected:
After receipt and verification of the products returned by the Customer, the Microenterprise will carry out within fourteen (14) working days the reimbursement of the payments received and in case of return of a global order (all the products ordered in a single order) the delivery costs.
The reimbursed delivery costs will be based on the standard delivery method (the most economical). If the Customer has chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method, the additional costs charged will not be refunded.
- However, we will only accept exchange and refund of jewelry if all of the following conditions are met:
1) The product must not have been worn, used, altered, washed or damaged
2) The product must not have been made to measure (see Special Orders)
3) The product must be returned in its original packaging with the purchase invoice
In the case where the return of the product by the Customer is due to an error of the micro-enterprise such as a missing product in the order or a product received nonconforming or a manufacturing defect of the product, the micro-enterprise undertakes to refund, in addition to the purchase price of the product, the shipping costs incurred by the Customer for the delivery of the product.
The Customer will have to announce the error by e-mail to the address atelier.maisonheliora@gmail.com within 48 hours maximum following the reception of the order.
No refund will be made to the Customer who has not exercised his right of withdrawal under the conditions of this article.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the refund will be made according to the will of the buyer in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months on the Site or a refund credited directly to his bank account depending on the method of payment used when ordering.
These refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt of the products by us.
9. TIME LIMITS AND METHODS OF REIMBURSEMENT
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated above, Maison Héliora. will take the necessary steps to reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products within fourteen (14) days of receipt and verification of the condition of the products.
In the event that there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for the purchase, the reimbursement of the sum, in case of exercising the right of renunciation, will be made by Maison Héliora, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.
The refund will be made on the same medium as the one used for the purchase of the products, i.e. the customer's credit card. The refund will be made in EUROS. If the initial account of the Customer is in a currency other than EURO, the amount of the refund will be converted into the currency of the account
If the initial account of the Customer is in a currency other than EURO, the amount of the refund will be converted into the currency of the Customer's account with a conversion rate applied which will be the effective rate at the time of the refund and not at the time of the purchase.
